1. Purpose
This manual is published in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA) and explains how to request access to records held by My HR Hub.
2. Records Held
We hold records relating to our business operations, customers, employees and statutory obligations. Certain records are subject to confidentiality and legal privilege.
3. How to Request Access
Requests for access to records may be submitted in writing to info@myhrhub.co.za, including sufficient detail to identify the record and the requester.
4. Grounds for Refusal
Access may be refused where disclosure would unreasonably infringe another party's privacy, breach confidentiality, or is otherwise exempt under PAIA.
