1. Agreement
This Terms of Service governs your use of the My HR Hub website (myhrhub.co.za) and the My HR Hub Portal (myhrhubportal.co.za), operated by My HR Hub, a cloud HR and payroll platform based in Middelburg, Mpumalanga, South Africa. By accessing our services you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed per employee, per month. A 7-day free trial is available. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the services or other users' data.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform, for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable employment and tax law.
5. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our control may affect access.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My HR Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the subscription terms. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable period.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
